External Applicants

If you are a returning applicant and are not currently employed by the University of Missouri, click on this link. It will take you directly to the Employment home page. To view all job postings, click on the yellow SEARCH button.

If you are a returning user, enter your username and password into the Login box on that page.

If you are a new user and wish to establish a username and password click on the Register link on that page. A username and password only needs to be established once you are ready to apply for a job.

When first establishing a login for use with this system, please use your existing e-mail address as your username. (For example: yourname@email.com.) If you do not have an email address, several websites offer free e-mail accounts including mail.yahoo.com or www.hotmail.com . If you do not wish to create an email address, please create a user name and password that you will easily remember.

If you do not remember your username or your password, click the Login Help link in the Login box on that page.

To view the list of job openings, simply click on the yellow "Search" button. If using the "Advanced Search," do not use the "Select Job Families" menu.

Current UM Employees*
Internal Applicants

If you are currently employed by the Missouri University of Science and Technology
Rolla or any other University of Missouri campus, click on the Current UM Employees link. This will take you to the Self Service login page where you can login using your SSOID and password. At this time, the online internal application is only being used to recruit for staff positions.

Once you reach that page:
To access the Careers site, click Self Service > Careers. This will automatically log you in to the Careers Home page. To search for jobs, click on the Job Search link at the top of the page or click on the search box on the login page.
