The Accommodation Request Process

Step 1

The employee requests an accommodation or is referred to the ADA Coordinator. 

Step 2

The ADA Coordinator connects with the employee. 

Step 3

The ADA Coordinator connects with the employee's supervisor. 

Step 4

Medical paperwork is requested. 

Step 5

The proposed accommodations are reviewed with the employee and supervisor. 

Step 6

If the accommodation is found to be reasonable, a notice will be sent to the employee and supervisor.
