Human Resources hosts a monthly meeting for university employees to alert them about upcoming changes and opportunities. It is recommended that employees who handle HR related functions in their department be added to the contact group to receive communications and invitations to the meeting, but all are welcome! Some of the topics discussed at these meetings are benefits, policy changes, student hiring, eRecruit and ePAF updates, as well as upcoming training opportunities.
Below are the 2025 tentative dates that have been set for the Human Resources' Monthly Meetings. These meetings are held every 3rd Wednesday of each month. Our team will send a Teams invite and meeting agenda several days in advance. If you would like to be added to the HR Connection group, please send a request to hrs@mst.edu. There you will be able to receive the calendar invite, view the monthly agenda, see any additional resources from the meeting, and view past presentations.
